Safety cage

A safety cage is necessary to provide the highest level of safety when carrying out dielectric strength testing on small sub-assemblies.

APPLICATION
COMBINING OUR SAFETY CAGES WITH THE USE OF OUR DIELECTRIC STRENGTH TESTER, DIELECTRIMETER OR MEGOHMMETER ALLOWS COMPLETION OF TESTING WHILE PROTECTING THE USER FROM EXPOSURE TO HIGH VOLTAGE DANGERS.

ADAPTATION
SEFELEC adapts each safety cage with the test equipment connected to it. Three connection terminals are provided inside the cage (4mm female banana plugs) for medium voltage systems:
 

  • a red terminal for access to the high voltage
  • a black terminal for the return signal
  • a grey terminal for the guard
  • power adapted, customized outputs are provided for higher voltages
