Inductive sensors
The Eaton’s iProx is a field programmable and adaptable inductive sensor with Smart-Sense™ technology. Smart-Sense utilizes an embedded micro-processor, allowing the iProx to perform unique sensing functions at extended sensing ranges. The PREMIUM PLUS Series is ideal for meeting more rigorous requirements. The sensors can detect objects over large distances, whilst offering durability and a long service life thanks to their stainless steel housings.
The cost-efficient GLOBAL series is used where high volumes are required and standard applications need to be implemented reliably.
The range is completed by rectangular types of the E52 and E56 Series with dimensions of 40 mm to 170 mm. They feature outputs that can be configured automatically according to connection type (NPN/PNP).
Eaton's E59 AccuProx analog inductive proximity sensors provide an unmatched sensing range, linearity and resolution in an affordable and compact tubular package.
Photoelectric sensors
The Comet series incorporate opposed mode or retro-reflective sensors (diffused or polarised), diffuse mode sensors with or without background suppression, as well as the connection of fibre-optic cables featuring PVC or stainless steel jackets.
The E58 Harsh Duty series with M18 or M30 stainless steel housings provides the ideal solution for applications in harsh environments such as high pressure water or steam jet cleaning.
The SM Series with TargetLock™ ensures the most convenient set-up possible and is designed for optimum performance with a small design size. The LED on the sensor head indicates quickly the best operating point and thus reduces lengthy installation times. The LED gives early warning of any vibration or any dust on the lens before the fault affects the entire system.
Eaton's E67 Long-Range Perfect Prox Series Sensors are the highest-performing long-range sensors available with background rejection. They are the perfect solution for the most difficult sensing applications. These sensors reliably detect targets in range regardless of variations in color, reflectance, contrast or surface shape, while ignoring objects just slightly outside the target range.
Eaton's NanoView Series is available in a variety of optical sensing modes, including polarized, diffuse, fixed focus, thru-beam with narrow-beam option and clear object detection. They are housed in ABS enclosures rated IP 66 or better, and they feature two top-mounted indicators to clearly communicate power and output status. All models are 10 – 30 Vdc and carry approvals for global application.
Eaton’s IntelliView Series is a broad family of photoelectric sensor products that encompasses a variety of sensing technologies, including color, contrast and luminescence sensing, adjustable foreground and background suppression sensing, short-range distance sensing with analog outputs and long-range, high-precision laser distance sensing with analog outputs.
