The purpose of this two-year program is to develop human resources professionals who have the breadth of experience and knowledge required to be a successful leader in a fast-paced, global organization. Structure

During this two-year program, you will gain valuable experience working in both manufacturing and office environments in roles that may include an HR generalist, project leader, compensation specialist or organizational
development specialist. These unique experiences will give you the chance to interact with key leaders in different businesses and receive multiple networking and training opportunities. You will also be expected to formally present a project update to human resources leadership at least once per year.

After completion of the program, you will be prepared to take on a
role as a human resources supervisor, human resources specialist
or human resources generalist.

Alumni of the program currently hold positions as vice president of HR programs, director of HR operations, ombudsman, division HR manager and human resources manager.

Qualifications:
 

  • Master’s degree in human resources or MBA
  • Work or internship experience within HR
  • Leadership aptitude and a desire to build a career in human resources
  • Authorization to work on an ongoing basis in the country where you are hired, without visa sponsorship
